Students who acquire a Green Belt certification directly during their studies save money and a lot of time and increase their chances of entering the job market many times over.

As an engineer and professionally trained expert in project management, quality management and as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), I have been working in the industry in process consulting for 26 years and have been a lecturer at the university for 10 years.

Lectures at the university or in-house training and advice
We offer courses at the university in conjunction with a teaching position. Outside of the university, we offer events in seminar rooms and on site in the company. This allows you to choose the learning environment that best suits your needs.
Short and effective lessons
The Green Bellt training at the university is scheduled to last 52 semester hours divided into 7 lecture days. There is also the 90-minute exam and the certification workshop, which lasts one day. For in-house / boot camp training, 5 working days are planned including a 90 minute exam and a day of certification workshop on the following Saturday.
Academic lectures
We offer first-class, practice-oriented teaching at an academic level in Six Sigma and Project Management in English and German. We offer face-to-face lessons for enrolled students at the university and lessons on site at your company.
