Exam correction with Matlab

Six Sigma Examination

The Six Sigma exam consists of a questionnaire of 77 questions. The questions are selected so that they can be answered and completed in 90 minutes. The answers are marked on a multiple-choice exam answer sheet and evaluated by using an in-house developed Matlab application that evaluates the scanned answer sheets (in batches) and stores the results and  achieved marks for the individual questions in a table. This usually takes about 20 minutes for 40 exams, from scanning to the finished evaluation. This process shortens the evaluation time significantly.
