2. The lecturer is responsible for the content of the face-to-face event
solely responsible. The basis of the face-to-face event is the study materials intended for this module.
3. If necessary, the lecturer is available to answer questions relating to the training content during the term of the contract.
Contract duration:
The contractual relationship begins with the signing of the contract by the participant and ends with the completion of the agreed services,
Obligations of the participant:
1. The participant undertakes to provide the lecturer with permission to do so
Participation in the face-to-face event hours and the certification must be paid according to the current valid prices. A deposit of 10% of the valid price must be paid upon registration. The remaining payment must be paid to the lecturer by bank transfer in advance of the event no later than 2 weeks before the start of the series of events.
2. The remuneration paid includes all necessary cash expenses
In connection with the implementation of the face-to-face event (workshop and
certificates) are available. The event is not subject to sales tax. Therefore, no statutory VAT is included in the agreed fee.
3. In the event that attendance at the workshop is missed or the desired certificates are not obtained, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the remuneration or pro-rata amounts thereof.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day in the case of a sales contract: "on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier receives the goods have taken or has taken possession of.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
